They rarely answer the phone during business hours and as a whole this bank is disappointing. I used to love pnc but recently I’ve been considering switching. They randomly closed my line of credit that I’ve had for 18 years and couldn’t give me a valid reason. A month ago I had a fraudulent charge and have not received a refund. Time to shop for a new bank

Banking friendly
A teller at this bank allowed a random person to extract $675 from my account without an ID after putting the wrong name on the form. You cant make up how bad PNCs tellers are. I will be contacting a lawyer to sue.
