A PNC bank customer wrote me a check and I went to a PNC branch to cash it. The teller tells me the bank charges me $2 to cash the PNC check. The manager then asks if I'd like to open an account. I say absolutely NOT, why would I place the burden of a ridiculous $2 check cashing fee to those I write checks to?? I did not get any answer from anyone.
can you fix your atm outside???? ridiculous how many times it doesnt work. the worst part is, its the glenway one and delhi one. i told everyone i know, and now were switching to chase bank. 😌
They rarely answer the phone during business hours and as a whole this bank is disappointing. I used to love pnc but recently I’ve been considering switching. They randomly closed my line of credit that I’ve had for 18 years and couldn’t give me a valid reason. A month ago I had a fraudulent charge and have not received a refund. Time to shop for a new bank
