Always the slowest PNC in the city manager always sitting doing nothing
Worse PNC bank, I even visited in my entire banking with the bank. All the staff were old and not working smart. A lot of customers in the banking hall. A single teller was attending to a whole lot of customers on the line. She left the seat and started talking without feeling any concerns with the customers on the line. All the staff in the branch are rude and not customers friendly. They need to be replaced.
