I have been here twice before, and it is my preferred branch to visit in Indianapolis. I love the building itself, its an old building with beautiful architecture like ornate moulding and chandeliers inside. I have also really enjoyed the service I received. I had to cash some paper treasury bonds, which I have never done before. The staff, and especially Dakiya, informed me of the process and walked me through it. They were friendly and patient during the process as well.
Worse PNC I ever visit, stay away from this place
Creepy location Everyone os creepy over there Starting with the dude called ESAU To the manager They looking at you like you came to take money from by force Weirdest bank and ppl ever!! Never coming back
