Rented safe deposit box in 2016 . Just went in branch to get my box cleaned out. This was sat April 29 2023 at 130pm . Manager told me I had to pay 15.00 for lost key because I was given 2keys back in 2016 . I was given one key and told in 2016 it was 75.00 for lost key. Manager claimed I was a lier. I will be calling corporate. Thought it was real tacky for her to argue with customers over things she doesn'tknow
Because of fraud activity on my account about 2 years ago...i had to go to bank...come up with security words...change pin. Today, I accidentally put old pin in automated acct balance...not the one I changed it to 2 years ago. When I called they told me to come to bank and we would create a new pin. Wow. Really! WHY!?! SO I CAN HAVE 3 PINS!? I think Im done with this bank. I dont have time to visit every day that they screw up. And NOW THEY ALLOW ATMS TO CHARGE ME 5 FEES FOR ONE ATM TRANSACTION. SICK AND TIRED OF THIS BANK!
