The staff are always kind and helpful. I find it concerning that a branch of a national bank is not fully handicap accessible. This location does not have automatic doors and can be difficult for someone with a physical disability to access.
I WENT TO PNC TODAY TO DEPOSIT A PNC CHECK. THEN I WENT TO THE STORE. MY TRANSACTION WAS DENIED. I CALLED THE BANK AND THEY PUT A 24 HOUR HOLD ON A PNC CHECK DEPOSTING INTO A PNC BANK ACCOUNT. THEY SAID I SHOULD HAVE CASHED IT, THEN DEPOSITED IT. THIS IS THE DUMBEST THING I HAVE EVER HEARD! RUN!!!
