The only pnc I go to, I love all the staff here.
Very disappointing experience. We scheduled an appointment two days in advance and arrived on time for our 10:30 a.m. meeting. After waiting for over 30 minutes, we were told that the banker we were scheduled with was on the phone handling a credit card dispute and needed to reschedule. While we understand that things come up, there was zero communication or professionalism. He never came out to greet us, explain the delay, or ask if we were okay waiting.
