I went in to withdrawal money. The teller took it upon herself, after I told her what account to take money from, she took money from two accounts. Thank goodness, I went online to check my account. My account had a zero balance. Now, I've been on the phone for over an hour with customer service who are unable to do math!! Individuals work for a bank without the mathematical skills they need.
