Really nice facility, and good staff.
Been an account holder for 20 years and they've closed down six branches near me. I can only do cash banking at an ATM approximately 25 mi away from my house. Here in Cincinnati they've only got four branches and none of them are anywhere near to me
Waited for 20 minutes before giving up. Only two tellers available at Noon when I would think they'd ramp up for lunch traffic.
This is the worst bank ever. they are making me wait on withdrawing my ssi disability check till the next day. This is a government check too. I cash the last check and I didn't have to wait on that check either the funds was in my bank account after the check was deposited. I am not a happy person right now, and I will be looking for a new bank asap. I don't recommend this bank at all to anyone looking for a new bank to do their business with.
