Usually not crowded and your in and out. Avoid beginning and end of month.
Brooke Horton was a great help today! I am a newly registered banker with PNC and she was extremely helpful with aiding in any questions and advice I needed. Not to mention, she was incredibly friendly and kind! Thank you! :)
By far the worst PNC branch that I have been to. If you can, I recommend going to the Bethel Park branch instead.
