PNC in general is the worst bank I’ve ever dealt with. They are terrible inside the branch and 1000x worse if you have to call. And they indiscriminately hang up on you so you have to sit through the stupid hold menu all over again.
Greeter at the front helped me find fraud on my account. All I wanted was a new card. Thanks!
Had a terrible experience with PNC. Customer for 45 years and it might be time to move accounts. think twice before you sign up.
