I go to the Bessemer location because of the friendly lady's at the front desk.
Professional staff and very friendly
Got a email from fraud and was told to call the alert number. No help and worked on this for two hours to reset user name and password and still can't get on my account app. The girl hung up on me from the fraud number!!! I have bèen a customer for 27 years. Now what do I need to do!!!!#
I need someone to explain to me why you talk ugly to the customer. A robot will have your job in a couple of years. I went to the Hueytown Branch. The teller was mad about me correcting her about my last name. Then it went from name to the teller says my signature on my licenses that I just got yesterday. Don't match what I signed today.
