Able to get a new card like I had came here to get without any issues
I don’t normally write reviews but I have been racially profiled the past two times that I’ve went to use this bank by the same employee I’ll get her name the next time I go, but I called to ask if all deposits require a deposit slip because obviously, I’ve been asked every time, but then a white customer pulled up next to me, and was not asked for a slip for deposit of greater value than mine.
The worst bank I have ever been associated with, they refuse access to my account because my numbers have changed, I'm trying to put money in my account I gave them my social and drivers license number but won't accept that even though that proves who I am, go with MVB accross the street they won't screw you over. I can't even close this account. Don't waste your time
