The tellers and bankers are very friendly and very helpful. I didn't have to wait for service and my issue was resolved quickly. It's a great bank!

1 Star – Hypocrisy, intimidation, and a long history of misconduct I received a call from PNC Bank where they explicitly stated the call was being recorded. When my company informed the PNC executive that we would also be recording—for accuracy and protection—we were suddenly told that PNC policy prohibits them from being recorded.
