My husband and I were trying to deposit money into the morgantown bank Saturday around 5:45. The ATM Machine ate his debit card as well as the money we’re trying to deposit and crashed while it was counting the cash. We called the customer service line to try to report the incident and they were closed. We tried to call again and we couldn’t get through the promps without repeatedly starting over. rude, unprofessional staff that seems rather clueless. Do better and get your act together
The tellers and bankers are very friendly and very helpful. I didn't have to wait for service and my issue was resolved quickly. It's a great bank!
