1 Star – Hypocrisy, intimidation, and a long history of misconduct I received a call from PNC Bank where they explicitly stated the call was being recorded. When my company informed the PNC executive that we would also be recording—for accuracy and protection—we were suddenly told that PNC policy prohibits them from being recorded. She walked me through everything and answered every question that I had. She made the process super simple, which I am thankful during a time like this.
