I was in this branch and spoke to the personal account representative to update information on my accounts. He was going to get back to me on updating my business account after he checked with the legal department. He then showed me that they have a new savings account that provides me 5% interest and set up an appointment with the Financial planner. Why is this location even open? No drive through, no change…so what’s the point?
This PNC only has ATM services and everything else they offer can be done online. Save your time go to the PNC up the road in Nora.
