I had a positive experience with the branch manager in renting a safe deposit box here (other PNCs had no boxes available). The outdoor ATM and their bank hours are convenient. However, I've never been welcomed or offered help by bank staff when I visit this branch.

Yesterday Freddie helped me with an issue and he was incredibly helpful, amazing and efficient. His customer service skills made it a pleasure to do business there again.
Lousy customer service. Everyone gives a different answer and none are correct. The workers hang out in groups and socialize when people are waiting.
