I had the worse experience with this bank. Money was adjusted out of my account by the bank, no explanation to where the money went. I have called and went into the branch and no one is answering as to where the money is.

I work out of state, I had a fraudulent charge wipe out my bank account, I live in west Tennessee, but I was in heath ohio,I went into the local branch where Dee Dee Doddroe,and Sophie Spangler fixed everything for me and got my money back for me. I couldn't have asked for better service. Thank you both!!!!
The interior is nicely decorated, complete with cozy spots to sit while waiting and great cleanliness. The employees I encountered were also very kind and quick at their job, and we shared smiles with each other during their service.
The loan officer was very helpful and polite
