This bank is different from all others. The day I opened my account I was introduced to every employee and they welcomed me to the family. They have treated me like family ever since. I don't have a lot of money but I'm treated like a millionaire. They even sent flowers when I had a death in the family.
I banked with PNC for three years without any problems. Then unexpectedly, they closed my account without telling me after making a $5,000 deposit but refused to reimburse me for over a week. It was all because of a Branch Manager named Connie Boan in Coral Springs who was given a little power and it went to her head.
