This is the best PNC branch I’ve ever dealt with. I recently had to return a car to Oxmoor Toyota due to issues with the engine that weren’t disclosed at the time of the purchase. First, my wife’s checking was randomly closed? All money disappeared. They called it a clerical error and reinstated the account. NOWWWWWW THEY WITHDRAW over $1,500 just 3 months later, she goes to the branch and AGAIN all they say is “wrong account, just human error we’ll fix it.” This place is terrible.
