Very bad not recommended at all.
Condescendant attitude towards the customers who came to apply for credit cards. The banker continously made rude comments about the customers' information.
I prefer this PNC branch over the one in Ashburn. The manager here at the Dulles branch is very helpful and goes out of her way to take care of the customers. As a business customer, it is nice to have a helpful staff.
Friendly and responsible manager and employees
I wish there was some way to know that this location doesn’t have a teller.
