Terrible customer service. Went there to notarize a paper but was told that unless unless it’s a PNC doc, they wouldn’t do it. I have been notarizing documents with PNC for as long as I can remember, since I opened my account 12 years ago.
Ghandi and the woman who helped us yesterday were wonderful to work with. We had a complex deposit and some account changes to make. They really took their time to make sure everything was exactly as we wanted it.
