Great location, nice staff, fast service when I asked for, Ramisha doing very good service, good teller Explained and gave very good advice.
The manager was good, helped me with replacement of my debit card, they receive you very well now a days.
Worst PNC branch I’ve dealt with in my 25+ as customer. I brought some documents for notary service. As usual no one’s available and there’s always an exercise as to the type of document they could notarize. I wasn’t satisfied with the answer, so teller Avril asked if I would like to close my account. I’m just wondering what kind bank and management train such employees. I’ll certainly take her suggestion and close my account.
I’ve been banking here for over 5 years have always received great, friendly service.
