Worst PNC branch I’ve dealt with in my 25+ as customer. I brought some documents for notary service. As usual no one’s available and there’s always an exercise as to the type of document they could notarize. I wasn’t satisfied with the answer, so teller Avril asked if I would like to close my account. I’m just wondering what kind bank and management train such employees. I’ll certainly take her suggestion and close my account.
I’ve been banking here for over 5 years have always received great, friendly service.
I asked the manager to schedule me for a cash withdrawal that I needed to have done from one of my accounts, the amount was a bit larger than an usually everyday transactions and I understood that needs some planing/preparation, she said that she would call me back and let me know what the exact date of the transaction would be, well… that never happened.
When I came to the bank, a cashier had a very dirty appearance, dirty hair and nails, and smelled bad. Also, the banker who was handling my transaction had dirty hair and long dirty nails with something dark under them. It was disgusting. The knowledge of the banker was awful. He didn't know how to speak or help me with my request. But the worst part was that he talked to me as if I were his friend! There was no business etiquette and poor appearance.
