Called me and asked me to to come into the brach without providing any details. Tricked me into believing that something was wrong with my account. I was really swamped t with work that day but the person who called insisted that I go into the branch immediately and gave same day appointent. I was kept waiting for 15 mins in the empty branch before the person had time for me. PNC is a terrible company. They scam their customers and only care about the bottom line. They hide behind recordings and technicalities. PNC is everything that is wrong with business in America in 2022.
Terrible customer service. Had to receive updates via letter mail. I did receive one phone call from Laura. I called back while she was at lunch and asked Vickie to relay message for Laura to leave details/updates on voice-mail next time she called. (I don't carry cell phone during day) I never received another message from Laura, but did get letter in mail week later that I was approved. Meanwhile, I had received a loan from a different bank in less than two hours after applying.
Absolutely excellent service and assistance from Chinnie, the banking assistant at PNC 22045 Dulles Plaza, Dulles, VA 20166. I visited the bank due to me loozing my debit card and was concerned. Chinnie, the personal banking representative was amazing, friendly ,professional and polite. She resolved my dilemma and got me set up with a new card straight away.
