There is a young Teller there named Aidan. He is always courteous. Not in the generic way but in a genuine way. I appreciate his help. He’s also very efficient.
I saw a Branch Banker with some complicated issues. Edward Ayock was attentive, listened, and took care of the problems with efficiency and grace. Banking can get complicated, and Mr. Ayock clearly knows his stuff!
Kudos to Danielle Jones for quickly and efficiently helping me resolve a fraudulent charge on my account. I got scammed! I ordered something for $39 and they charged me $239!!! She was so helpful and didn't make me feel stupid. Very nice girl.
Good bank, but the atm’s and the phone lines are the biggest problems
Shit show of a bank. Order something online, they put a hold on the amount. Next day it is charged again, at the same price, meaning you now dont have access to double the amount you paid for an item.
