They're always SO NICE HERE!!
Absolute terrible customer service here. Cara Mitchell, the assistant manager, really needs to learn how to talk to people especially if you're going to be in a position of power. We were having issues and were asking the bank teller a question. Halfway through my sentence, she cut us off and told us to go sit down while they send an email. Only after that will they continue to talk to us about the situation. PNC should really revamp their employees with customer service classes or something or find someone new for this supe... read more
After reading the most recent reviews, I feel that I should also share my similar experiences. It's a shame to find out that 2 years after my personal experience that this behavior is still continuing at this branch. About 2 years ago I decided to open an account, and this PNC branch was the closest to me at the time. I went straight after work, and I admit that this branch did close at 6 PM and I got there by 5:15 PM (so I understood that I may not be assisted and told to come back the following business day). Today June 10th 2024 at approximately 10:30 , I came in there to cash 2 $500 checks I had for participating in a 6 week training program for construction , I was treated atrociously this morning I waited about 45 minutes because they wanted to interrogate me about how i earned my income like I was being audited. Didn’t help that a cop was in line trying to get service or faking like he was when I know he was just the cop they be having in there just in case something happens I was told i would be getting my checks denied and... read more
