Probably one of the most incompetent, time wasting branches in the city. They won't be able to help you in person or over the phone. Just ridiculous how much run around you'll get trying to do basic banking
I had a very disappointing experience at PNC Bank today. I was treated poorly, and the staff did not seem knowledgeable or willing to resolve a simple issue. The interaction felt biased and unprofessional, which made the experience even more frustrating. After being a loyal customer for many years, today’s experience convinced me to close my account and move my banking elsewhere. I expected much better customer service and professionalism.
Taylor was so helpful and gave me the best/ fastest experience ive ever had at a bank! (she also has a cute pink desk setup) 10/10
I found branch banker Matthew Goodnight to be extremely helpful and kind during my recent visit. He assisted in every way possible- good customer service isn't always recognized anymore, and he deserves the kudos! Thanks, Matthew!
