Not one of the best PNC branches. All three of the ATMs were out of order today! I’ll make a point to not go back
Absolute horrible customer service.
I was told by the teller Micah to go to an ATM outside that did not work to get cash, and then was told by the teller to fill out a withdrawal form. When I noted that the other teller did not have the customer next to me fill the form out, he stared at me blankly. The other customer only had to initial the slip. Ridiculous. No apology of sympathy.
Clearly told the teller to put my check into my spend account. I shouted it at the drive thru deposit. he repeated back to me my request. 30 minutes later I'm purchasing a uhaul rental before work and my card declines. Angry and concerned considering this never happens, I called the branch to be told their was a miscommunication. My money won't be available until tomorrow. Missed out on a 400 dollar piece of furniture. Wasted gas. Etc
A pain to pull into when heading westbound on Baum but great tellers. No issues.
