This bank is unreliable and will cause so much financial damages to credit with false reports and theft of funds. Out of personal account without permission. There will be no resolution. The resolution is you are SOL they will do nothing for you but make excuses.
So if you need to actually withdraw money this place isn't for you. Went to withdraw cash ($1800) and was told it's a "Solutions Center". My solution was to withdraw money. They couldn't help me with that apparently. What in the hell are you thinking PNC? This is an extremely dumb idea. This should not be a thing. Every Branch that's a brick and mortar location should have at least one teller where I can withdraw money.
Nice bank
Went in and deposited my check and took half in cash. The rest of my money never got deposited and my money is now unaccounted for with customer service closing at 5. Experience has been terrible at this branch even before becoming a customer. Do not open an account and especially not this branch.
