This bank shifts all responsibility to the client, wasting time and money instead of treating customers in good faith. Until now, I’ve never felt like I was giving my own money to provide the service and value myself.
One of the worst banks I've worked with. I only continue as I got a great mortgage rate and am tied to having an account. 1. They push you to open a Private Banking account. This may be great if you're lame enough (or a billionaire) to keep $5+m in a bank account. Otherwise, your "private" banker won't want to spend a second helping you out. I have been a PNC customer for 20 years, the last 6 have been horrible, their service is complete garbage now.
I used to bank with a wonderful bank called BBVA Compass. It was bought out by this unfortunate business. Even though the BBVA app was superior, the HQ decided to bring the BBVA customers to an inferior app and a vastly inferior experience. I will be opening accounts with Chase and moving my assets to the new bank. It's sad when a business that works very well is acquired by a larger, wealthier, and less effective entity.
Ty is always friendly and does an excellent job explaining the different accounts and options to me.
