Considering they only have one branch downtown, you’d think they would staff it. Usually only 2 tellers working. Today a line of 7 customers and only one teller. Yet someone saying hello as I walk in.

This bank shifts all responsibility to the client, wasting time and money instead of treating customers in good faith. Until now, I’ve never felt like I was giving my own money to provide the service and value myself.
One of the worst banks I've worked with. I only continue as I got a great mortgage rate and am tied to having an account. 1. They push you to open a Private Banking account. This may be great if you're lame enough (or a billionaire) to keep $5+m in a bank account. Otherwise, your "private" banker won't want to spend a second helping you out. I have been a PNC customer for 20 years, the last 6 have been horrible, their service is complete garbage now.
