Very disappointed with PNC Bank. I have been a customer for over 10 years and have even referred family members, including my mother. Recently, PNC took money from a joint account that I share with my mother to cover an overdraft on my personal account without any warning or communication beforehand. My mother relies solely on Social Security income, and this withdrawal has caused her significant financial hardship and difficulty paying her bills. Really waste of time writing a review as no one at PNC especially the CEO doesn’t give a damn about customers as PNC!
I was in and out quickly with all needs met. Shout out to the teller, Jordan. She was helpful, pleasant, and speedy. Very clean and friendly branch.
Kate was super helpful and everyone else was polite and professional
