Not great when you go on your lunch break and they are closed for lunch. Guess they all had to go to the bank.. I just wanted to make a deposit. I'm sure Bank of America will take my deposit. Worst branch ever!
Great experience here with Jose. I had recently opened a new business and an account with Bank of America, who held my funds for 3 weeks before releasing them. Then, they had to resend me a debit card. I finally had enough and went to this branch of PNC where Jose took my on quick notice in his schedule and made an account. He got me completely set up with online banking, customer processing, and a physical debit card in under an hour. That was yesterday and today my funds have all cleared not even 24 hours later.
