From day one I had extreme problems from this bank. The system does not communicate well, leaving your money trapped in their clutches while they try to sort out when you can have access to your money. Their strict funds availability policy leaves no room for understanding of any problems, nor fee waivers of any sort. They have, on numerous occasions, held deposits purposely to ensure the debits would post before the credit, leaving me hanging with hundreds of dollars in overdraft/non-sufficient funds fees throughout my expe... read more
