I’d give 0 stars if I could. I have Never had an issue with PNC for the last 5 years, but every single time I HAVE to use this location it’s nothing but issues. Always rushed out, half done work. Save your time and energy and drive to another PNC
Bank is horrible , so is their ATM and customer service. Do NOT use the ATM across the street, it eats your card and then the bank will tell you they do not service it and cannot do anything for you that it’s a third party but will also not provide the number for said third party but to have you call the number on the atm which is the PNC customer service number and those people will tell you they can’t do anything either, but maybe it’s because I am POC and was wearing a sweatshirt, maybe that’s why they didn’t want to help... read more
