I came here to deposit cash in my bank account and they tell me that cash is not accepted at this location. Ridiculous
I made the decision to join my family member who uses this bank and branch. The branch manager is wonderful but unfortunately the staff underneath her is not good. It's not clear whether it's a training issue or a lack of caring by these folks. We have had three very disappointing experiences in the last several weeks. This branch also does not have teller windows and has no cash on the premises. I know that finding good employees has become very challenging but I think we are done.
