Hi I'm James Mack been with them for 10 years mr.Nathan Sloss and miss Mayryam the branch are excellent worker in my favorite PNC branch located at West Cobb I'll give them 10plus Stars for their extremely help and thank you for your professional help if they were working for me I'll give them a raise.

I came here to deposit cash in my bank account and they tell me that cash is not accepted at this location. Ridiculous

I made the decision to join my family member who uses this bank and branch. The branch manager is wonderful but unfortunately the staff underneath her is not good. It's not clear whether it's a training issue or a lack of caring by these folks. We have had three very disappointing experiences in the last several weeks. This branch also does not have teller windows and has no cash on the premises. I know that finding good employees has become very challenging but I think we are done. Outside ATM still won't read card after 2 months. Fix your stuff if you're going to fire tellers to put in non-functioning technology. Update 7/13/24. Outside ATM still broke. Do not use PNC
