Absolutely terrible service. Waited 20 minutes on the phone. Hung up after no answer because I already arrived at the location. I walk in to see all of the employees hanging out and no clients/customers in sight. Made me leave to come back 30 minutes later for their “next appointment”.
This bank is actually very useless go to first Midwest bank instead
I’ve been living in Mundelein for almost 3 years now. I’ve been going to this bank ever since. It irritates me that sometimes I would walk in or go through the drive thru and you are even in a good mood and sometimes you get very nasty service or attitude and it kills it for me. I have given many chances to this branch. But I think only 1 person there has been the nicest to me. Everyone else needs a attitude adjustment as your clients should be your priority.
