Great Service
I went to deposit a check on Friday night and after using the ATM for less than 2 minutes it decided to "retain" my card for no reason. Since they're not open on Saturday I had to drive to a PNC much further away to remedy their stupid mistake. Terrible bank, don't go there.
I just had the worst banking experience of my entire life. Don’t waist your time with these guys.
I have banked with PNC for a number of years since they acquired my previous bank. My experiences with this branch have always been positive. As a customer you are always greeted with a smile and the staff is very proficient even when busy. I go out of my way to bank at this particular branch. In comparison, the other two branches in my vicinity are the polar opposite...surly, incompetent, and totally unhelpful.
