Have had nothing but frustrating experiences would not recommend. Ive had to call fraud and loss prevention just to verify purchases then they got declined again. I got a new bank because I was tired of dealing with this.
Customer service is usually excellent. New management has been great.
I'm unsure why the bank received such a poor rating. Despite only being a customer for approximately a month, I've had a consistently positive experience with the tellers and customer service agents, who have been overly friendly, patient, and helpful actually. My debit card arrived promptly, and the app is user-friendly. Maybe they changed. Some of the reviews are old and the more recent ones seem better.
