I'm unsure why the bank received such a poor rating. Despite only being a customer for approximately a month, I've had a consistently positive experience with the tellers and customer service agents, who have been overly friendly, patient, and helpful actually. My debit card arrived promptly, and the app is user-friendly. Maybe they changed. Some of the reviews are old and the more recent ones seem better. My debit card was compromised. I called PNC they said just come in we can print you a new one. I did, I was in and outwith a new card in about 25 minutes. Thanks!
The worse Branch I’ve ever been to in my life. Normally when walking into a bank your suppose to feel welcome to do business. These people are very rude and inconsiderate of your time. I spoke with David and told him about my experience and how uncomfortable I felt with his colleagues. He scheduled me an appointment for me to set up a savings account with him. I get there and not only did I waste my time for 2 days in a roll but David (manager) stood in my face and assisted a lady once he was done with her he brought 3 guys ... read more
