I made an appointment online to go to this branch to open a business checking account. I received confirmation and arrived at the correct time (3:30pm 08/24/2026). When I let a teller know I was there for my appointment, they were confused as to which person I was. It turns out that they had made two appointments for the same time slot for different people to open a business checking account, and apparently had only one employee there that could do that. My spouse died in June. Went a couple days later to make sure there was enough money in the checking account to cover the bills. Instead, the teller put the money in another account so the bills bounced.
