PNC Bank is a disorganized mess. Do not take a loan out with them. Do not bank with them. They will report accumulated interest on top of the payoff amount instead of reporting the principal. PNC’s report will show that you missed no payments but for some reason your loan is increasing when it really isn’t. Their credit reporting department is only accessible by snail mail. They don’t even have a phone number. When I did write them a letter to explained that they were reporting incorrectly and it immediately happened again. ... read more
The service was excellent and made the process very smooth.
I cam for new card and there were only one person before me I had to wait over one hour to get card In the minetime other worker were or sitting or talking over the phone I feel very dissapointment .The lady at the front desk simply wasn't able to coordinate work .
Just wanted to let everyone know that Tiffany Barry is the kindest banker I've ever met. She treated my wife with kindness and compassion when she needed it most. You just never know what a few kind words will do.
