My spouse died in June. Went a couple days later to make sure there was enough money in the checking account to cover the bills. Instead, the teller put the money in another account so the bills bounced.
Dustin, the manager over there has great customer service and will bend over backwards to accommodate.
I do not recommend Angelica in the mortgage department. Was told would only run credit once and it was ran twice. When I decided not to go through pnc I asked for a copy of my credit report. I was told I could get it on the portal. Went on portal and wasn’t there. Then was told a copy would be left at the Loves Park branch and could pick up Saturday. It is TUESDAY and it is not there! I’m so irritated with the run around
