I recommend that if you bank with PNC, do not go to this branch. I had an appointment scheduled today at 11:45, and to start there was no receptionist like there usually is. I went to the front teller to check in and they said that they would be right with me. After about 10 minutes of sitting in the lobby, nobody said anything and one of the personal bankers finally asked me if I needed help (and I thought I already checked in).
