I never once had a problem here. PNC is my primary bank and I always use the Harborcreek location, always great and friendly staff here!

Waited 20 minutes in line. Then spoke with a teller I could barely understand. Only to be told I need not one but 2 forms of ID to cash a check from their bank. Plus charge me $62.50. I quickly remembered why I quit banking there 10 years ago. If I could give zero stars, I would.
PNC Bank has locked me out of my account for over two months because I updated my phone number. I have confirmed with them multiple times that my physical address is correct, and they have promised to mail temporary passwords twice. I have received nothing, and my funds are trapped. I am located in Buffalo, NY, where there are no physical PNC branches, so I cannot walk into a branch to resolve this.
