Don’t ever fill a dispute with these people. I had tractor supply take a double payment for a smoker out of my account. I went in and filled the paperwork that day. PNC gave me a credit for 450 dollars. That was in November. Then last night they randomly took the 450 back out of my account. I called this morning to the customer support line they said that tractor supply credited it back to me in December and they resolved this on 1/30. My wife needed a new ATM card and went to this branch. After the 35 minute ish wait, they shredded her card, gave her a new card number, then notified her the card making machine was down and that she would have to wait for a new one to be mailed. Seriously?!?! why did you destroy her card and change her number first if that was the issue? Why didn't you just put in for a replacement and let her keep her still somewhat functioning card? Its a circus at this location.
