Great bank
A teller a this specific location had someone come into the branch without my ID, and wipe out my entire accounts. I’m not even from Indianapolis. How negligent is it for someone to come into a branch without a ID and withdraw money out of my acct? A lawsuit is definitely getting filed.
I wish I could give them a -9. Need a paper signed by the bank saying I have an account. 5 phone call and a visit, to be lied to and told yeah we can sign that paperwork. Went to branch to be told No. had corp call them to say come on in and we can get you handle. 1 hour later still no resolve and manger can and left for lunch with a lobby full of customers and laugh about it: this bank is worthless.
