Somehow the ATM is constantly unable to dispense cash or out of order for some reason.
I got here at 12:55. It’s 1:20 and I am STILL IN LINE. I needed two simple cashiers checks, to which I find asinine I have to pay for as a customer. 25 minutes is completely unacceptable. I don’t care if you have a teller out sick. You find another solution or you bring your manager behind the desk. PERIOD. I’ll stick to other locations. Also, don’t try to make it better by offering me coffee or water with a sugary sweet voice. I didn’t come here for beverages. I came here for SERVICE.
