A few things actually.. First of all, why is the ATMs here saying that I have $0 balance when I have money & even the app is showing that I have money, but your atms (outside) are coming back $0. & why does it say there’s a 24 hour ATM inside the entrance, yet the doors are locked? That’s not exactly a 24 hour entrance then. & lastly, why all of a sudden my max withdrawal is $400 when it’s always been $800?
