Very quick in and out of drive thru. Gave her my cards, money and lDZ.
PNC Bank took several hundred dollars in unwarranted fees out of my account then closed it refusing to deposit a check for several thousand dollars because they closed my account. I went elsewhere and so should everyone else!
I should give one star to this bank in this location because the security guard in particular acts as if he is the guest greeter or the manager and there is nothing that bothers me more than that. When I go to the bank where I have my money saved to do some business, I don't need the security guard asking me where I'm going or giving me orders or trying to direct me where I should go when I know what I'm going for and where I should go and who I should talk to. It seems like everytime i try to use the ATM ,it doesn't work.I tried this morning to deposit cash and it wouldn't let me.I have been with PNC for over 28years when it was National City Bank.The Bank went down hill.They closed the branch on Kentucky Ave so the next closest one is on S East St I'm really thinking of going to another bank.
