My card is being used by someone else and I’ve set up multiple scheduled call appointments and no one ever called me. When I called them, someone told me “sorry we don’t have grey cards” “try another PNC”. They never called me, never gave me a new card, and someone is still try to use my bank card. STAY AWAY FROM PNC
Fast service. Good customer service.
The staff is great, the problem is the branch they have power outages all the time, so if your card is in the ATM that means you will not get it back and if you go inside the branch you will have to wait over 20 minutes before the tellers can do anything basic. I do not know why they do not have a generator. Bottom line choose another branch.
