Staff was attentive but not very welcoming , I came in nobody said a word . I sat down saw I was being stared at by clients and staff so I said , hello. My card is being used by someone else and I’ve set up multiple scheduled call appointments and no one ever called me. When I called them, someone told me “sorry we don’t have grey cards” “try another PNC”. They never called me, never gave me a new card, and someone is still try to use my bank card. STAY AWAY FROM PNC
