PNC bank opened both a checking and savings account for me when no other bank or credit union would due to a negative entry in chek systems. Emilee and Agi were so welcoming and empathetic. Agi and PNC provided me with options and gave me a second chance and opened accounts for me. I'm so glad to be part of the PNC family. Very rude customer service
Was in this branch and heard one of the bankers YELLING on the phone at a customer…definitely wouldnt bank with them.
