Agi sudo was fantastic and she spent time explaining and provided a very good service. I feel others and manager could be friendlier when they talk. It feels like they are there not for you but doing you a great favor if you ask a simple question.

PNC bank opened both a checking and savings account for me when no other bank or credit union would due to a negative entry in chek systems. Emilee and Agi were so welcoming and empathetic. Agi and PNC provided me with options and gave me a second chance and opened accounts for me. I'm so glad to be part of the PNC family. Thank you Emilee and Agi for your professionalism and your help!! 🥰
