Completely mislead by these branch employees. After escalating to the top of PNC they refused to correct the mistake. The branch also refused to help after admitting they had made a mistake. I am now left holding the bill with no repercussion against them. If anyone knows a good attorney who may be able to help please reach out. Terrible that the bank could mislead someone so blatantly, double down on it, just to be wrong again and then refuse to fix. Horrible business practice and even worse customer service.

I have been a loyal customer of PNC Bank at 1405 P St NW in Washington, DC, for over 20 years, and it's with a heavy heart that I write this review. In the past, this branch was like a second family to me, with a dedicated and caring team. Unfortunately, recent changes have left me deeply disappointed and frustrated. Wonderfully helpful staff in a real bank, the ATM is just around the corner. Efficient service with excellent advice.
There are two reviews on this site that are flat out lies. One says that this is not a bank but an ATM.the other says it is a bank but no ATM. There is the 24 hour ATM on the 14 th street side of the building. The service is great! Although one employee there at the desk can be rude. Beyza the manager is outstanding. This is another example of how social media is abused
