The staff is rude and very unprofessional. I have never seen this anywhere else. Poor Management!
I am pleased to have this bank still in the area. I was so impressed by the service from the branch manager (forgot her name) and SHANETRA! This young lady called me after hours to resolve a issue I had with a check. Pleasantly surprised! I wanted to acknowledge the good service because it is a great way to retain customers especially in the neighborhood. Thank you.
I came in to this bank because I needed a bank account opened and the lady had me wait for 25 mins while she talked to a security guard on the job. Then to tell me she going to take to people in front of me that have an appointment and she's the only banker now. We'll why wasn't you doing your job from the beginning instead of talking you get paid to work.
