I have to say my hats off to Mr. Jacob Eldridge, he has to be one of the nicest, easy to talk to people I've ever met, and that's no exaggeration. He made things seemlessly, smooth and was super thorough.
The customer service at this branch is the worst. Manager Echo Cottrell ID 809713 made me feel humiliated today! She made me wait 15 minutes to speak to her and never showed up to see me. She sent one of her employees to address my situation. As a manager, she has a 0% on professional ethics, and her favorite employee has another 0% as a PNC Bank representative.
The bank made an appointment for me . Monday Dec 2 11am with Jacob. I waited 25 minutes. Finally went to counter. Find out Jacob is on vaction!??? Remember my call BUT did not find me on their schedule. A total disrespect for my time. Done with PNC. Cashed my CD in with them. Will find another facility that respects my time and honors appointment THEY MAKE.
