I've never been that person but for once I can say that I don't understand why the reviews are so bad for this location. My family have been banking at this branch for years and have never had an issue. Carlton is great! I decided it was my turn to open a PNC account and I too had a pleasant experience. Though they closed in 30 mins, Lena insisted that she was fine helping me get started.
