National City Bank is the best Today I visited Grand River Branch regarding a job interview. I was very pleased with my experience there. Really just everything was measured - not too little not too much. Everybody was very nice, polite and the manager showed very high class of professionalism. I will visited again and hopefully will work there.
Great Customer Service I came in at 4:45 on a Friday with a problem with one of my accounts. I was expecting a horrible experience with the the teller based on my horrible experience on the phone with someone from another branch. I explained the situation with the teller and she directed me to the office manager.
