This Las Vegas PNB branch is suck! The employee said I’m not allowed to change my mind how much I’m going to send because it’s been recorded! What the heck! I work hard for my money and telling me I’m not allowed to change my mind! There’s a lot of remittance company out there and I will never come back to PNB! Not even thinking to open an account with them! I’m not happy with my experience at all! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! If I were PNB CHANGE THEIR EMPLOYEES with good customer service.
People should understand that this place is ALWAYS BUSY because BUNCH of Clients sending money to their loved ones abroad have Trusted PNB where your remittance was Safe and Secured and the STAFF was DOING their BEST to Accommodate everyone in line. Patience is a Virtue. Be Grateful that you have Money to send... Roberto
