Shannon especially needs to be singled out and applauded for her outstanding, exemplary professional work. My lender left a lot to be desired in the way they operated, and if not for Shannon's diligence, I would have been lost in the bureaucratic woods. I have never experienced a legal experience as helpful, clear, and personalized as I did with Lyle Block-Collins here at PNB. He is genuinely interested in you as a person and a client, doesn't rush you, is so thorough and explained confusing things so clearly to me. He makes you feel so well taken care of.
