Good shop.
Shocking customer service. We were keen to buy a hybrid from them but the rude and disinterested salesman put us off. Had no answers to any of our questions - 'I dunno was the standard reply. We went instead to Eagle Outdoors in Perth where the customer service was excellent. We bought our rig from them instead.
Rang for a part and the person who answered was very rude. This happened about 3 weeks ago and now gone elsewhere and had the problem fixed.
So rude and unhelpful ......give him a miss
