Let me start off e8th I l9ve the staff here! The receptionist is so sweet, the nurses are so friendly and polite and Dr. Jaleel is just as sweet. They are also kind, they are in top of appointments you never have to wait. The friendly reminders about getting bloodwork done are wonderful and I have never had a pr9blem with getting my medicine when needed. They listen to you and actually help you with your TRUE medical problems unlike most Dr's offices.
When you have an appointment at 8:15 for your appointment and the nurse shows up late and then the doctor shows up late saying oh so much construction! Plan accordingly our time is as valuable as yours!!!! This has happened more than once!
I can't say enough good things about Dr Jaleel, the infusion center team, and office staff. Unlike big health systems, where you're lucky to get a specialist appointment every 6 months - this practice will exceed your expectations, and offers you the personal attention, respect, and care you deserve. If you're going to have me come 15 minutes early for my appointment, I would prefer not to wait 50 minutes in my room waiting for the doctor. I also find it absolutely disgusting that I am charged $80 to come in and to ONLY discuss my symptoms when I had to wait 2 months for my appointment, only where then I am told to get more blood work done and then to come back a month later, spend another $80 and then get told what MAY be possibly wrong with me.
