Staff lies about medications. Currently out of medication doctor ordered for infusion and has no care for patients. AVOID
First ... the 1 star has nothing to do with the nurses and staff ... of the 10 years I have been going here ... they have always been helpful and amazing ... this review is based on management who call me a couple days before my next infusion to say "oh your drug price went up and we are no longer supplying it here call your GI dr to figure out future infusions" ... it is completely unprofessional and any rising cost would have been passed along to me anyway ... if this is how they handle patients of over 10 years ... the ma... read more
Let me start off e8th I l9ve the staff here! The receptionist is so sweet, the nurses are so friendly and polite and Dr. Jaleel is just as sweet. They are also kind, they are in top of appointments you never have to wait. The friendly reminders about getting bloodwork done are wonderful and I have never had a pr9blem with getting my medicine when needed. They listen to you and actually help you with your TRUE medical problems unlike most Dr's offices.
