Zero! They cashed checks and would claim they haven’t been paid making me do their work for them. Customer service is horrible with attitudes to match.
They are very poor at dealing with customers. Every time I call, there is a lady who always has a bad attitude and makes it hard to do things because she is so negative. The main point of contact, however, is Mollie Kolman, who takes no responsibility for anything that goes wrong in her property. She emails with a sassy attitude every time and email chains can go on for weeks without anything getting done. PMSI needs to hire new management because the current management is unbearable.
