In November I ordered a Christmas gift from PMS Trade on eBay. Needed to exchange so returned it to them. I never received the exchange and even after sending numerous emails, they still would not send the exchange or refund my money. They did, however, keep sending emails saying "so sorry for this situation" and that they were "mailing it tomorrow," which was not true. I finally had to file a PayPal dispute to get my money back.
